Trade Marketing Specialist – Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

Warsaw, Poland

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations within the business functions/teams, starting at Trade Marketing team.

Your responsibilities

During 1st rotation, you'll be:

  • Working on promo mechanics based on market data
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of 4P actions and working on new recommendations
  • Creating consumers activations focused on increasing the sales of our products
  • Participating in creating the strategy of implementing new products and widening our current portfolio
  • Responsibility for growth and sales results of leading category brand
  • Cooperating with Sales, Brand Marketing & Demand Planning teams
