We are seeking a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to unleash their innovative and bold marketing concepts in the EMEA markets. Collaborating with an international team, you will engage with various marketing functions to execute your vision.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to nurture a robust network and enhance our brand, customer base, and online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends regularly and develop effective strategies to boost performance.
  • Lead marketing programs from ideation to full campaign execution, including crafting campaign strategies, creating copy, briefing channels, managing projects, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Work in tandem with internal colleagues and external partners to define, develop, and implement marketing strategies efficiently.
  • Establish, execute, and sustain standardized marketing approaches, tools, and materials for the specified region.
  • Oversee regional and international offline and online events effectively.
  • Create and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and propositions.
  • Design and deploy brand, sales, and acquisition initiatives, such as multi-channel campaigns, internal events, brand training, etc.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing managers, analysts, content creators, and production teams to craft engaging messaging for the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven success in driving complex digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing budgets.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a global setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, theories, and practices.
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English within an international setting.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
