Join one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for defining requirements and working closely with the Product Owner to ensure robust solutions are delivered to meet customer requirements. The role will involve working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Cybersecurity project teams, Control Owners, and the business.

Your role Defining user stories, gathering and translating requirements from the business users into technical requirements that can be used by the development team to deliver a solution Delivering process improvements and clear workflows with clear communications to the end user Facilitating internal communication and fostering effective collaboration between teams Working with product owners to manage backlogs and define new requests including the definition of clear and testable acceptance criteria Driving and managing workshops to map workflows, and processes and gather requirements, with various stakeholders Managing queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams Your skills Experience working as a Business Analyst within an agile Software Development team for at least three years At least 5 years working as a Business Analyst and relevant industry certification Skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Excellent communication skills and ability to drive and manage workshops independently Experience in managing stakeholders Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint in order to conduct data analysis and present raw data in a simplified manner displaying trend analysis and highlighting outliers/exceptions Hands-on experience in delivering process flow diagrams and process improvements associated with complex system flows Previous work with different Cloud environments ( Alibaba, GCP, AWS, Azure) Very good knowledge of ticketing tools eg JIRA and ServiceNow Ability to speak, read, and write in English
