As a Source to Pay Supplier Enablement Senior Specialist , You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's procurement catalogue, which is a database of all the goods and services that the organization purchases.

You will be in charge of responsible for migrating vendors from existing supplier portals to our new global supplier portal as well as implementing and maintaining catalogues for suppliers in EMEA region.

You will collaborate with suppliers to enable them into Coupa Supplier Portal and communicate portal requirements and project timeline.

To part of your duties will belong the management of the procurement catalogue database, including adding new items, updating existing items, and removing obsolete items.

In this role you will have an opportunity to resolve issues, concerns, or questions related to the new platform.

About You

As the Source to Pay Supplier Enablement Senior Specialist , You will be processing new supplier onboarding requests through the supplier portal and performing the required risk assessments.

Requirements:

You are fluent in English (both oral and written) You have a background of relevant experience (it is an asset) with knowledge of Coupa Supplier Portal You have a strong ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements. You possess an excellent communication skill: verbal and written, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and lead presentations or training sessions You are a detail-oriented person with ability to maintain and update the procurement catalogue database accurately and thoroughly

This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
