The Opportunity

If you're working in our Procurement function and looking for a new challenge - then read on As a Process Lead, you will be the Subject Matter Expert in the StP processes (end to end) for your region. This role will allow you to share your current knowledge in a different way. This is a great development opportunity as you will be adding project, programme, and transition management to your skill sets.

The Role

You'll be working with stakeholders within the Procurement functions to support the transition towards the new global template. Your strong knowledge of the process requirements, along with the transition methodology (yes of course we'll be training you on this) will help you ensure the successful implementation of these templates. We are transforming our business not just upgrading the tech

Experience needed to set you up for success in this role:

  • 5-7 years of experience of working with end to end Procurement processes (Source to pay, supplier management) in your current role
  • Any experience in local projects using your problem-solving and influencing skills to convince others of the need to change
  • An ability to work with internal customers, dealing with challenges in a positive, pro-active, and robust way
  • As a first point of contact, Communication will be key
