analizujesz wyniki, obserwujesz rynek, trendy i dzielisz się swoimi spostrzeżeniami
jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za motywowanie i coaching swojego zespołu oraz za wysoką jakość obsługi klienta
towarzyszysz Country Managerom podczas ich wizyt w sklepie oraz wdrażasz ustalone działania na swoim dziale
Nasze wymagania masz już kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym, najchętniej w branży odzieżowej
jesteś samodzielny/a w podejmowaniu decyzji i bardzo dobrze organizujesz pracę własną
potrafisz koordynować pracę podległych pracowników i rozwiązywać ewentualne konflikty
swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku niemieckim lub angielskim
znasz zasady VM, obowiązujące w branży odzieżowej
Mile widziane ukończone studia w zakresie zarządzania
