How you will contribute to our success:

  • Contribute to high quality of reported financial results for commercial entities under your responsibility, present & discuss outcomes of financial analyses
  • Collaborate with broader financial team, including Finance Directors, Finance Business Partners and Operations Centre (transactional accounting teams)
  • Perform regular month end close activities, incl. checks and controls as well as accrual calculations and required journals
  • Support Market Finance Controller with business performance analyses related to sales and opex, as well as balance sheet and cash flow items
  • Review and approve high riskaccount reconciliations and internal controls
  • Ensure entities results are fully compliant with internal controls (SOX) and relevant accounting standards, current best practice and any other regulation

Basic qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant successful professional experience equivalent
  • Experience in financial controlling and/or financial audit/reporting (at least 5 years total)
  • Savvy in data-driven environment
  • Thorough understanding of key accounting principles
  • Fluent English (minimum C1)
  • Proven continuous learning mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders based in different countries

Preferred:

  • Mixed experience in audit (3+ years, Senior-level) and business environment (3+ years)
  • Accounting qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, KIBR) part-qualified or completed
  • Experience and expertise in IFRS
  • Experience in a SOX environment
  • Fluent user of SAP FI/FC and BI, Lumira, PowerBI or similar analytical solutions
