Project Description Creating innovative digital products for a big global company, starting from the requirements stage, including UX/UI, development cycle, and deployment.

All while assuming responsibility for the company's main website operations, which serve millions of users regularly.

The work is done with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.

We need a professional, whose main focus of expertise is UI (digital products - apps, websites, dashboards, and other interfaces) and who has experience overseeing a team of designers who are also focused mainly on that.

Please be ready to share your work examples of UI design (only UX design it is irrelevant).

Here, collaboration meets innovation, creating a synergy where creativity flourishes and every voice matters Oversee all UI design work among a team of 3-4 designers, including professional guidance, mentorship, review, and feedback.

Coordinate work among several cross-functional teams, both local and global, and be able to prioritize work and deliver on schedule.

Develop and maintain design systems across products and platforms that are consistent with the client's brand.

Lead new, user-centric design projects, along with Product managers and UX designers (UX background a plus) Ensure designs are executed properly and conduct regular design QA audits.

A minimum of 8 years experience, at least 3 managing designers Fluency in English is a must
