Procurement Team Lead with Spanish Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 26,000 employees is investing in building a Global Business Services in Krakow as an element of Transformation in Procurement.
To support service for ITGB new team will be created to handle Transactional activities for US market.
Main objective of this project is to support our stakeholders with back-office activities bringing standardization and improving governance and compliance.
Candidate will be responsible to build and lead the small team (4-5 FTE) providing sourcing support for ITGB (US Market), supporting category strategy development, deliver projects in cooperation with procurement category teams.
Lead the delivery of Transactional Procurement activity within defined service catalogue.
Oversee organization and allocation of work for team members, provide regular monitoring, coaching, evaluation and constructive feedback.
Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices and innovative ideas to improve speed, efficiency and drive productivity gains.
Work closely with business units to establish and deliver procurement requirements, strategic benefits and compliance to existing procurement contracts as well as with Category Management Team to support implementation of commodity strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures; conducting analysis of Procurement processes and highlight discrepancies/anomalies for corrective actions, ensure transparency on cost structures.
Monitor and challenge non-compliant buying activities.
Our requirements Experience in team management.
Good understanding of End to End Sourcing process (S2 P).
Experience in planning, organizing and managing multiple projects.
Strong organizational, numerical, financial and data analysis skills.
Strong English and Spanish language skills – written and verbal.
Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Available to work in non-standard working hours - 1:00pm - 9:00pm CET.
