Vendor Registration Specialist with Spanish

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are seeking highly motivated candidates for the role Vendor Registration Specialist with Spanish. Grab this great opportunity to play an active role in shaping our new Approved Supplier focus group and grow alongside the rapidly evolving organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new ASL evaluation/ re-evaluation requests promptly
  • Thoroughly review ASL Request Form
  • Retrieve registration information and update documents in the organization's database
  • Maintain ASL mailbox from suppliers & internal stakeholders regularly
  • Provide consistent updates to requestors
  • Monitor ASL registration status, follow up with suppliers or other users to complete registration
  • Prioritize work based on need date & requests
  • Collaborate closely with Operational and Commercial Buyers, as well as Category Managers
  • Manage supplier portfolio & take proactive measures for expiring vendors
  • Participate in meetings and keep others informed of issues or concerns that could impact customer demands or exceed capacity
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to volume and plant requirements
  • Foster a culture where high-quality work is standard

Requirements:

  • BA in Supply Chain, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or operational environment
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for communication with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Corporate experience in operational areas, supply chain, preferably in technical fields, is advantageous
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask, work under pressure, and proactively address issues
  • Decision-making skills to deliver quality services on time
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint; SAP or similar ERP system knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of equipment manufacturing, assembly, or distribution and related suppliers is desirable
