As part of the Freight & Fulfilment Team at Miinto, the Operations Junior Specialist helps keep our shipping running smoothly. In this role, you'll assist Customers and Partners with their shipping needs while maintaining communication with shipping providers and carriers.

What you'll do:

  • Engage in written communication with Customers and Partners.
  • Review cases daily to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct investigations with carriers to address shipping issues.
  • Participate in meetings with shipping providers.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong decision-making skills, considering diverse stakeholders and articulating rationale behind choices.
  • Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams with
    a positive,team-oriented attitude.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • A discerning and investigative mindset for identifying fraudulent activities.
  • Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking (C1).
  • Fluent in Polish.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience within shipping companies, E-commerce or Customer service.
