The AI Marketing Lab and Creative Lab were set up as new divisions of the company focused on inventing and advancing MarTech products. The company's AI-based product offering includes retargeting solutions and branding campaigns with ultra-effective Video Ads.

About the Team

The Sales Enablement Specialist will be collaborating with the Sales Development & Efficiency team which plays a pivotal role in empowering the global sales force and driving business growth. On a local level, the role will drive sales success by providing vital data, insights, and tools to the Benelux sales team.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate closely with the Benelux Country Manager and the Poland/ HQ-based Sales Operations Team Manager.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Assist the Benelux Head of Sales and sales team in various capacities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research.
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools.
  • Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program.

What we are looking for:

  • Sales-enablement experience encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly.
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with the capability to manage priorities
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, paired with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.
