About our Team
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Engineer to join our expanding Samsung Ads team. As a Front-End Engineer, you will be pivotal in the development and enhancement of components for Samsung's DSP platform.
You will work closely with our local team in Warsaw with plenty of collaboration opportunities with Samsung's remote teams worldwide (US, Korea, India, UK) to assist in the implementation and deployment of services.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping modern, high-performance services used to deliver targeted ads to our users. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with professionals on design, implementation, code reviews, and ensuring proper documentation and quality.

With a strong presence in five countries and a large team, Samsung Ads operates across various product and strategic domains.

Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable front-end architectures for high performance and reliability
- Lead the development of responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing front-end applications and components. Implement best coding practices
- Set high standards for code quality, reviews, and best practices within the front-end team
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, enhance loading times, and optimize user experiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across different Samsung Ads sites to enhance capabilities
- Create comprehensive documentation for front-end systems and processes
- Ensure thorough testing and continuous integration for reliable front-end applications

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in web application development (Front-End or Full-Stack)
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and React
- Experience in test-driven development and writing automated tests (Jest)
- Proficiency in performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunication or related field
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ad tech concepts, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising
- Hands-on experience in graphic design and/or User Experience design
- Knowledge of Back-End technologies like Java and Spring
- Experience with other frameworks such as Angular and Vue
- Experience in E2E testing with Cypress
- Experience in developing Micro Front-End applications with Module Federation
- Building reusable component libraries
- Familiarity with Material UI and Storybook
