As a Senior FullStack Developer / Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team working for the EU's prominent bank, a key player globally with operations in 72 countries.

You will be part of a cutting-edge technology and development Hub that aims to assemble top talents in the IT industry.

The selected candidate will be involved in leveraging the latest technologies to build a significant credit system for global organizations.



You're a great fit for this role if you have:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a FullStack Developer
  • Prior experience with Java 11+, jdk8+, Hibernate, JUnit, and Spring technologies such as spring boot, spring batch, and spring security for developing RESTful microservices

Past experience with:
  • Angular 8+, JSON, XML, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Team leadership experience (with soft skills)
  • Building IT systems

Skills with databases:
  • SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle
  • Good grasp of Agile methodologies

Knowledge of architecture:
  • Proficiency in Web services (REST), APIs and micro-services, as well as Infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and well-developed soft skills
  • Proficiency in English

It's a plus if you have:
  • Experience in banking or financial sector
  • Understanding of reactive programming (RxJS)
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (Jenkins)
  • Experience with RedUX pattern (NgRX) and store management
  • Knowledge of the Nx build system library

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and building highly scalable credit application
  • Acting as a Team Leader
  • Working on both backend (80%) and frontend (20%)
  • Studying user requirements, developing specifications, designing, coding programs, testing, and implementing systems in compliance with Group standards and regulations
  • Handling development/design projects utilizing Java Spring framework
  • Ensuring comprehensive Unit test case coverage
  • Conducting Estimation and Planning, and providing Proactive Status reporting to management at multiple locations
  • Adhering to best practices and quality processes
  • Independently working on assigned tasks and potentially training other team members
  • Contributing to Code reviews and maintaining application quality
  • Ensuring application maintenance and refactoring
