  • Potrafisz działać zarówno na poziomie strategicznym (CxO) i operacyjnym (zespoły scrumowe, rozumienie aspektów technicznych).
  • Rozumiesz jak i dlaczego działa Scrum.
  • Potrafisz budować prawdziwie partnerskie relacje z interesariuszami (wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi) i masz doświadczenie pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Posługujesz się językiem polskim i angielskim na poziomie B2+/C1.

Mile widziane

  • Znasz i stosujesz narzędzia pozwalające na optymalizację backlogu (np. User Stories, User Story Mapping, Lean Product Canvas, Walking Skeleton).
  • Rozumiesz środowisko startupowe i/lub masz doświadczenie w pracy z takim klientem (rozumienie jego potrzeb, oczekiwań, sposobu pracy).
  • Masz doświadczenie lub interesuje Cię obszar fintech/blockchain.
