Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in production of motors for wipers began. Plants main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about staff members.

Currently at Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we are looking for a Project Manager.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

  • Management of projects from RFQ to PRCL

  • Responsible for product design, development, modification, industrialization and final validation

  • Building and monitoring budget for all projects in the portfolio

  • Management of project timing

  • Management of multi-department project teams

  • Reporting project status to relevant Committees

  • Representing project and Company in front of the Customer

  • Building customer relationship

  • KPI Reporting

  • Risk Management


 

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Technical Education - Master of Science, Engineer

  • Experience: 3 years in a similar position in automotive industry

  • Certificates: PMI or IPMA certification will be an advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of English for day to day communication, other languages (German,

  • French, Italian) will be an advantage

  • Computer literate: Windows, Office, SAP, MS Project

  • Quality Systems and Tools: PDCA, FMEA, APQP

  • Analytical skills

  • Very good communication skills

  • Team spirit & Team Building

  • Able to work under heavy workload and time pressure
