Test and Validation Design Leader

As a Test and Validation Design Leader, you will be responsible for defining the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, automatics, or mechatronics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. Fluency in English and Polish is required, as well as excellent management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis
  • Support the project team for CM, STR & risk analysis from the project acquisition phase
  • Document Design Validation plan for Arm, Blade, Linkage, Motor based on defined test strategy
  • Plan & quote at CAA all necessary actions to run the DV as: number of parts, jiggs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs, potential external test costs
  • Secure that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments
  • Coordinate validation activities whatever the laboratory involved (Site, PG, Group)
  • Report issues and progress through DV&R plan and STR update
  • Report project validation risks to the R&D PTM and laboratory manager in DV phase

Requirements:

  • Engineers or masters degree in electronics/automatics/mechatronics or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Management skills
  • Strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer
  • Highly supportive and flexible mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking
