About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Product Development Manager to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our electronic product projects.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for the overall strategy and direction of our electronic product development projects.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electronic products that meet our customers' requirements.
  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • You will collaborate with our engineering teams to design, develop, and test our electronic products.
  • You will ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • You must have a strong background in electronics or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • You must have a deep understanding of electronic product development processes and methodologies, including design, testing, and validation.
  • You must be proficient in relevant software tools and technologies, including CAD, simulation, and data analysis.
