Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Validation Manager for our Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead technical innovation in new lighting solutions and contribute to safer roads.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis. They will support project teams during the CM, STR, and risk analysis phases and document design validation plans for various products, including arms, blades, linkages, and motors.

Additionally, they will plan and quote necessary actions to run the DV, ensuring that validation conditions and planning feasibility meet project commitments. The Senior Technical Validation Manager will also coordinate validation activities across different laboratories and report issues and progress through the DV&R plan and STR update.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • An engineers or masters degree in electronics/automatics/mechatronics or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions, with software validation experience being an asset
  • Fluent English and Polish language proficiency
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • A passion for achieving the right solution for every customer
