About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Staff Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production team and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Recruit, interview, and develop team members, as well as handle conflicts and employee growth.
  • Plan team availability in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain production plans, KPIs, visual management, and process standards.
  • Report on team performance and progress in routine meetings.
  • Supervise work processes, documentation flow, and measurement tools.
  • Ensure in-process controls and final product quality meet standards.
  • Manage autonomous maintenance and request corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical or production management field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production management.
  • Experience with CNC machining and/or surface finishing technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication.
  • Knowledge of modern production management methods, such as lean manufacturing (TPM, 5S, KAIZEN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical, automotive, or aerospace industries.
  • Knowledge of German or French at a communicative level.

Work Flexibility

Onsite 90% of the time, with occasional travel required.
