Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in production of motors for wipers has began. Plants main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about staff members

Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Test & Validation Design Leader

Your challenges:

  • Defines the product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis
  • Supports the project team for CM, STR & risk analysis from the project acquisition phase.
  • Documents Design Validation plan for Arm, Blade, Linkage, Motor based on defined test strategy.
  • Plans & quotes at CAA all necessary actions to run the DV as: number of parts, jiggs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs, potential external test costs.
  • Secures that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments
  • Coordinates validation activities whatever the laboratory involved (Site, PG, Group)
  • Reports issues and progress through DV&R plan and STR update
  • Reports project validation risks to the R&D PTM and laboratory manager in DV phase.

Join our team if you have:

  • An engineers or masters degree in electronics/automatics/mechatronics or similar. 
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions. Software validation experience will be an asset.
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Management skills
  • A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking
