Jako Engineering Manager będziesz kierować zespołem odpowiedzialnym za budowę systemu do zarządzania kontami klientów. Dołącz do nas i zbuduj z nami nowy zespół, który stawi czoła wyjątkowym wyzwaniom na dużą skalę w dynamicznym środowisku.

Szukamy osoby która łączy umiejętności techniczne z umiejętnościami miękkimi.

Co będzie należało do Twoich obowiązków?

  • Współpraca ze stakeholderami i zespołami produktowymi w celu projektowania, budowania, testowania i wdrażania kompleksowych rozwiązań end-to-end.
  • Przywództwo techniczne, w tym pisanie wysokiej jakości kodu oraz mentoring senior engineerów.
  • Zrozumienie OKR zespołu i biznesu i wykorzystywanie ich do kierowania planowaniem.
  • Aktywne uczestnictwo w opracowywaniu planu zatrudnienia oraz rekrutacji nowych talentów.

Umiejętności techniczne

  • Płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim

Umiejętności miękkie:

  • Zarządzanie zespołem w środowisku Agile/Scrum.
  • Zdolność budowania wysoko wydajnych zespołów oraz rozwijania kompetencji technicznych członków zespołu.
  • Umiejętność efektywnego zarządzania czasem i priorytetami, przy zachowaniu jasności celów biznesowych.
  • Zrozumienie i wdrażanie dobrych praktyk we wszystkich aspektach bezpiecznego cyklu życia oprogramowania, w tym regularne tworzenie wniosków o pull request, które są spójne i zwięzłe.
