Are you a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong background in the engineering industry? We are currently seeking a talented Technical Key Account Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth within our organization.

Job Description

Identify new business opportunities in the engineering / automotive sector and develop strategies to expand our client base; Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering innovative solutions; Serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives; Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry developments to stay ahead in the market; Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients; Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications

Business or Engineering degree; Readiness for business travel 3-4 days per week; Comprehensive engineering industry knowledge; Experience in other industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, etc.) - as an advantage; Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management; Strong business and commercial acumen, organizational skills, taking the initiative; Solid understanding of engineering products, services, and market dynamics; A natural self-starter, confident in communication, responsive and a competent negotiator; Strong drive for results, solving challenges, motivated by targets; Ability to develop and challenge customers, solution orientated.
