Your Responsibilities

  • Work on Total Rewards deliverables within the HR IT portfolio roadmap
  • Refine the product backlog collaboratively to establish relevant acceptance criteria for technical delivery
  • Handle technical configuration, testing, and release management to ensure reliable and efficient delivery
  • Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, presenting features to stakeholders
  • Engage in agile ceremonies with peers and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to enhancing our agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with external partners to transition deliverables from development to operational phase
  • Participate in enhancing support processes and enhancing user experience quality continuously

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Ability to grasp and fulfill value-oriented business requirements
  • Solution-driven with an ability to adapt to evolving circumstances
  • Keen on continuous learning and keeping abreast of business and technology advancements
  • Team player mindset with a focus on agile execution
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, EC Global Benefits
  • Extensive professional background in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Incentive Planning, Remuneration Planning, Budget Calculation, and Configuration
  • Desirable: Knowledge of EC, RBPs, Report Center, Business Rules, APIs
  • ABAP skills would be beneficial
