The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants, and the nuclear industry.

- Support the daily functioning of the HR department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Operations Manager.
- Produce standard employee documents and letters accurately.
- Assist in onboarding new employees efficiently.
- Update employee documentation to ensure compliance.
- Support payroll department with monthly requirements.
- Administer changes to employment conditions.
- Collaborate with managers and employees for documentation and changes.
- Bring ideas for technology innovation to digitalize HR processes.
- Higher education in law or HR management.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Law regulations.
- Good knowledge of MsOffice, especially MsExcel.
- Meticulousness, organization, and reliability.
- Knowledge of the Enova program preferred.
- Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
