For our HR and Payroll applications in Belgium we are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Development Engineer (iOS and Android mobile apps) . As part from an international organization, you will be located in Poland and will work with multiple nationalities. As part from the software development organization, you will work in agile set up using the scrum methodology .

As an experienced Mobile Application Development Engineer, your main tasks and activities will include:


• Development of mobile apps for iOS and Android using different technologies


• Testing of mobile apps on different devices


• End to end responsibility regarding release process


• Advise on architecture, setup, technology choice


• All in close collaboration with different stakeholders like the UX/UI team, Product Manager


• Offering support after deploy to production

Requested skills:


• IT degree with focus towards mobile app development on iOS and Android


• Proficient knowledge of: Native applications, React native & Android


• Knowledge of Flutter


• Proficient knowledge of English (oral/written)


• Knowledge and experience in browserstack, testflight, app center, Azure Devops - alternative is knowledge of JIRA.


• Familiar with Android Studio (Android) or xCode (iOS)


• Familiar with debugging proxy applications like Charles, Fiddler


• Being able to put yourself in the place of the user

Nice to have :

  • experience/interest in HR & Payroll processes
  • experience in agile way of working
  • previous experiences in mobile application development with Flutter
