IT Support Administrator

The User Support team is a tight-knit, collaborative group dedicated to ensuring all employees, including our international staff, can maximize their use of IT tools and resources. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and strong teamwork, supporting a diverse and global team.

To ensure an optimal experience for our employees while managing new significant projects, we are looking for an IT Support Administrator.

What will you do?

  • Be in charge of procuring, installing/configuring, operating, and maintaining hardware (employee PCs) and software (primarily Windows and Microsoft tools)
  • User administration following our On and Off-boarding policies of employees
  • Serve as the technical point of contact and "go-to person" for our employees.
  • Provide user support in case of identified issues with their workstations
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of backup/restore operations, new security policies (Windows patches, firewall rules, antivirus, etc.), disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
  • Manage the office network environment and infrastructure (WiFi, LAN, etc.), in coordination with our suppliers
  • Oversee the Office365 suite (Teams, Office Suite, etc.) and associated Azure administration (InTune, AIP, etc.)
  • Monitor the usage of tools and hardware internally
  • Monitor the performance of tools available to employees
  • Be the primary point of contact for our PC supplier and repair service
  • Maintain an up-to-date user base
  • Stay informed about internal tools' technological advancements, particularly updates and security vulnerabilities
  • Ensure an optimal rotation of employee PCs stock
  • Manage the hardware and IT equipment in Cracow office accordingly
  • Provide training to internal teams to raise awareness about good practices in workstation usage and security

What kind of experience should you have?

  • 2-3 years of experience in user support (Hardware, Windows OS, Office 365, etc.).
  • Experience in a Windows and Office work environment
  • Experience working with Azure: Skilled in overseeing Azure administration, including Intune and AIP
  • Proficiency with InTune: Experienced in managing devices and applications using Microsoft Intune
  • Advanced skills in diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving technical anomalies
  • Fluent English
  • Soft skills
  • Enjoys interpersonal contact and has the ability to build relationships with team members from other departments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a strong desire to provide help and expertise to ensure optimal end-user satisfaction
