SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Sportsbook - Head of Operation.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team and drive Sportsbook operational success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational Process Management:
    Supervise Business Account Managers (BAMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to maximize profitability.Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Financial Control and Analysis:
    Conduct reviews and approve financial conditions for BAMs/TAMs. Develop and manage grading and bonus programs.Control the department budget and oversee bonus calculations.
  • Interaction and Communication Management:
    Manage settlements with operators, approve invoices, and negotiate discounts.
    Ensure effective collaboration with other teams.
  • Integrations and Setups:
    Represent the business in new projects and platform integrations. Address critical issues and oversee business control.
    Allocate resources and manage priorities for project implementation.
  • Risk Management and Financial Monitoring:
    Monitor the profitability of projects and platforms.
    Control key financial metrics to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing operational processes in IT or betting/gambling industries.
  • Strong background in financial analysis and budget control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage settlements and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience representing business interests in new project integrations.
  • Expertise in risk management and financial performance monitoring.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluent in English andRussian.

Nice to have:

  • IT experience, especially in software development.
  • Experience in the gambling industry, preferably betting.
  • Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
