As a Greenhouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the agricultural sector, ensuring the growth and cultivation of plants in modern greenhouses. As a Greenhouse Worker at AB-Recruitment, your main tasks will revolve around greenhouse maintenance, plant care, and crop production. This includes activities such as planting seeds, propagating plants, watering, fertilizing, pest control, disease monitoring, and timely crop harvesting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor plants for optimal growth and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure timely watering and fertilization of crops
  • Harvest crops using proper techniques at the right moment
  • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Focus on the primary task of harvesting

Requirements

  • Prior experience in greenhouse or agriculture-related roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with plant care and cultivation methods is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting
  • Strong attention to detail and precise adherence to instructions
  • Capacity to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if necessary
  • Basic English language proficiency

Competitive pay: 13.27 euros per hour gross monthly for full-time work
