Business Analyst, Pandora Digital & Technology

As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Warsaw, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join Supply Chain Technology area working in our OMNI Operations Product Line. You will work with solutions that are vital for Pandoras ambitions to secure the order fulfilment and order delivery process all the way to the way to the customer receiving the products.

As we are in the beginning of the journey you will have the possibility to shape and implement the direction and approach for the area. During the coming years we will modernize our ways of working and our technology landscape as parts of enabling the above ambitions.

Your Role as a Business Analyst

The role as a Business Analyst in the Omni Operations area means collaborating with Global Omni Operations in our scale agile setup focusing on developing our future capabilities within the area of Omni Fulfilment. You will have a key role as a member Omni Operations Product Line , leading the work together with the Product managers and other Business Analysts in securing that we are delivering needed capabilities for Pandora. Key activities to achieve this will be to set and deliver the scope in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders. You will be involved in the whole development and delivery process, from gathering business needs, translating them into epics and user stories, securing that it meets the business needs and take accountability in securing that they aligned with the objectives and our delivery plans within the area.

We believe you have strong communication and collaboration skills and abilities to partner with business- as well as technical stakeholders. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen within Supply Chain, preferably within the area of Warehousing execution, Transport Management and a good understanding of technology. You understand the complexity of a global company as well as the need of simplicity and standardization – while not comprising the co-worker experience.

What is needed to succeed in the role:

5+ years of experience within the Supply Chain domain

5+ year of experience working with Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and Transport Management

3+ years of experience in Agile Digital Product Development and worked within agile development practices and have knowledge of the Objectives & key Results (OKR) framework

Experience within the Omni-Channel Retail, FMCG industry

You are comfortable and have great experience in requirements gathering and working with business processes with a strong focus on Supply Chain

You are obsessed about identifying customer problems and needs and you are naturally curious in solving these whilst making a business impact

You are obsessed with simplifying the complex, finding the best ways to solve problems here and now

You have a strong ability to influence, listen to and collaborate successfully with variety of stakeholders connected to the domain in a complex environment

You have excellent communication skills in English and can translate complex information into stories for the right audience when needed

You are comfortable working in a highly technical environment and curious in learning and understanding topics outside of your practice

You are a "do-er", willing to work hands-on including stepping in to work directly with a development team in a product role if needed
