About the Team:

We are expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology team in Warsaw and are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Supply Chain Technology sector within our OMNI Operations Product Line. You will play a vital role in enhancing order fulfilment and delivery processes for our customers' satisfaction.

Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Omni Operations area, you will collaborate with Global Omni Operations in our agile setup to develop future capabilities in Omni Fulfilment. Your responsibilities include defining scope, translating business needs into actionable tasks, and ensuring alignment with overall objectives and delivery plans.

We expect you to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders effectively. A solid background in Supply Chain, particularly Warehousing and Transport Management, is essential. Understanding global complexities and the importance of simplicity and standardization while enhancing the employee experience is crucial.

Requirements for Success:

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain domain experience
  • Experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Transport Management
  • 3+ years working in Agile Digital Product Development and familiar with Objectives & key Results (OKR) framework
  • Background in Omni-Channel Retail and FMCG industry
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, business processes, and Supply Chain focus
  • Passion for problem-solving, simplifying complexities, and driving business impact
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills in English
  • Comfortable in technical environments and eager to explore new topics
  • Hands-on attitude, willing to engage directly with development teams if needed
