Accounts Receivable Specialist with Italian and SpanishMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities:
- Assess and advise on creditworthiness of prospective and existing clients.
- Investigate credit applications and approve applications within established guidelines for companies and individuals.
- Liaise with corporate clients and other departments to resolve credit problems.
- Collect and negotiate terms of payment on overdue accounts.
- Perform credit & collections for a defined customer group / segment.
- Investigate and analyze credit risk of assigned customers and/or accounts using available internet and credit agency tools and information.

Engage with customers to:
- Understand / evaluate financial situation.
- Determine credit worthiness.
- Resolve payment or debt problems.
- Establish new / revised payment schedules.
- Restrict or withdraw credit status.
- Compile and maintain credit reports for internal distribution.
- Assist with development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Our requirements:
- Good Italian, Spanish and English skills (Written and spoken at min. B2 level).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or equivalent combination of education (Finance and Accounting or Philology) and experience.
- SAP knowledge (or Oracle).
- Good Excel skills.
