Finance Intern with Spanish

As a Zoetis Intern, you will have the opportunity to join Accounts Receivable department. After gaining the necessary skills and experience, the intern will be a natural candidate for a future permanent position in Zoetis Finance SSC.

Responsibilities:

Enhance your experience in finance department by supporting daily accounting tasks:

In Accounts Receivable you will support the team in dealing with our customers by providing missing accounting documents, posting incoming payments, and reconciling customer accounts..

You will get familiar with the basis of main AR processes:

Collection : monitoring customers’ accounts, contacting customers for payments and remittance, providing them with missing documents when needed.

Cash Application : booking incoming payments, processing refunds, reporting discrepancies to relevant teams, working on unapplied and unallocated cash items, and performing month end closure activities.

Credit & Risk: assigning and monitoring credit limits for customers and monitoring and releasing blocked orders.

Requirements:

You are a final year student of: accounting, controlling, finance, banking, economics or related

Good command of English and additional language – Spanish or Portuguese will be an asset

Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot table – nice to have)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Experience in students’ organizations, seasonal/part-time jobs, voluntary activities or similar will be beneficial

Available preferably minimum 30 hours/week

Flexible working hours, in order that you can balance the internship with studies – including afternoon shift (from 12 PM to 8 PM).
