As part of our Perrigo vision, our Audit team is undergoing a significant transformation to evolve into a cutting-edge, collaborative Audit Business Partner. To support this transformation, we are actively looking for a creative, team-oriented, customer-centric, and forward-looking Internal Audit professional.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground level in shaping the future direction of our Audit function. It's a thrilling chance to make a positive impact on Perrigo's Internal Audit future.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) at our Warsaw office.

• Support audit preparation by conducting research, building record files, and facilitating/planning meetings.
• Adhere to audit practices, procedures, and prepare necessary audit workpapers and documentation to underpin the audit report.
• Participate in compiling and presenting audit reports for review by management and the Audit Committee.
• Carry out process interviews, document narratives and flowcharts to pinpoint process controls and weaknesses, conduct testing for key controls, and gather relevant audit evidence.
• Identify and record control deficiencies in audit work papers and engage with process owner to validate accuracy.

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and either possess or be making progress towards a Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Polish languages.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal and/or financial audits is desirable.
• Must have a foundational understanding of financial and operational risks and controls, along with knowledge of internal auditing standards and techniques. Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) is a plus.
