We are searching for individuals who

  • Can collaborate closely with the business, bridging technical and business matters
  • Adept at presenting technical work in the context of business risks
  • Proficient in JVM technologies and enthusiastic about learning new ones
  • Familiar with emerging technologies like LLMs, and have experience in building prompts
  • Seek work that holds deeper significance beyond mere directives from management and derive satisfaction from the outcomes
  • Take pride in the code they produce, welcome feedback, and actively share knowledge during code reviews
  • Are committed to continual growth and expanding their expertise
  • Possess B2 level proficiency in English
