Your responsibilities

  • building, running, and developing of Windows Server based Systems, e. g. SQL-Server Database, FileNet Archive, SmartFix OCR, Essbase Database
  • planning and running backups and recovery procedures
  • problem analyses and incident management, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • supporting the developer teams
  • supporting the Configuration Management team for ERGO Direkt Systems
  • supporting the application managers in maintaining the CMDB
  • carrying out regular maintenance work and ensuring integrity and availability
  • coordinating external service providers
Our requirements
  • fluency in English (C1)
  • at least 5 years of experience as a team member in Infrastructure team
  • experience as a leading (technical) team member
  • very good knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • experience with containers solutions
  • good knowledge of Windows Server based systems
  • experience in working with external service providers
  • knowledge of automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
  • experience in working within international team
Optional
  • German proficiency (B2)
  • experience with OpenShift
