Job Description

As a Business Analyst you will be involved in day-to-day operations related to customer data contribution, process enhancements, and carrier onboarding for our products. Your daily tasks include ensuring data quality, creating ad hoc reports, engaging with customers, analyzing data for trends and patterns, testing products, and implementing improvements.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Create or leverage existing internal systems and workflows to efficiently complete processes while analyzing them for enhancements to boost productivity and cycle time.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support the implementation of standardized processes. Use programming guides to assess data quality and suggest enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, data management, error detection, quality control, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations Management to extract and summarize data from internal databases, create reports, and dashboards.
  • Present your analyses, progress, and results to internal stakeholders clearly and effectively with easy-to-understand reports.
  • Monitor file loading processes, identify errors, missing files, or delays, and escalate as needed.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Has a university degree.
  • Has 2-3 years' experience in data operations providing technical or analytical support.
  • Is proficient in databases, dashboards, SQL, PowerBI, SnowFlake, Flows, PowerQuery.
  • Is skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Communicates excellently in English and can simplify complex concepts for business decision-makers.
  • Is organized, efficient, and can handle multiple projects.
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
