Junior Treasury Analyst (late shift)

With a team of more than 300 people, the EMEA Finance Centre in Krakow offers financial services for Aon entities across various countries. As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you'll gain valuable experience working in a global treasury department, delve into Aon's culture and operations, and develop essential skills crucial for future corporate success.

What your day will involve

  • Utilize treasury dashboard, bank systems, and applications for reviewing payment transfers and analyzing account activity and balances
  • Monitor incoming payment requests, team mailbox, and collaborate on information exchange with Account Manager
  • Prepare payment requests in the dashboard system
  • Enter and approve transfers in the bank system
  • Provide confirmation of processed wires
  • Record and reconcile processed wires, determining cash position for clients' accounts
  • Engage with banks to address issues related to daily transactional activities
  • Contribute to treasury transition projects for other/global Captives entities locations
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Skills and qualifications for success

  • Able to work evening shifts (14:00 - 22:30)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, banking, or accounting
  • Proficient in English
  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Good numerical aptitude
  • Ability to understand and communicate appropriately and effectively in writing
