We are currently seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join us on a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract. In this role within the Global Operations Transformation team, you will play a key part in developing high-quality solutions that align with our strategic learning strategy to improve employee performance.

Your responsibilities in our mission:

  • Create engaging learning experiences that enhance knowledge and skills
  • Utilize systematic approaches for designing and implementing effective learning programs
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop and maintain strategic learning initiatives
  • Independently work with subject matter experts to design, develop, and support learning programs

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Proficient in instructional design, including various training formats
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google slides
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
