Group Risk Manager Miejsce pracy:
Katowice Your responsibilities Leads the identification, communication, measurement and management of company – wide risks.
Develop, implement, and evaluate risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks. Develop custom–make risk management processes as per the current standing of the company keeping in mind its future variations.
Identify and assess risks across various departments and functions within the organization.
Conduct risk assessments and analyses to determine the potential impact and likelihood of risks.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
Communicate risk-related information and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management principles and practices.
Mentor and lead senior management and stakeholders by providing guidance and advice on legal and financial risk management.
Prepare and present reports on risk management activities and outcomes, incident reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Supports insurance procurement and claims related teams.
Our requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
7 years of proven risk management experience or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and quantify risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, PRM, FRM) is a plus.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)- C1 level required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT)
Ability to occasionally travel.
