Associate Director Business Process Owner

Join our Business Process Management and Optimization team in the Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations organisation. You will collaborate with Functional Process and/or Subject Matter Experts across relevant departments to ensure efficient processes are developed and handled effectively. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our partners while staying aligned with regulatory requirements, primarily ICH-GCP.
What you will do:
- Define the scope for new processes and enhance existing ones based on data, trends, and consultations with Stakeholders, Functional Process Experts (FPEs), Quality, and Learning representatives.
- Implement these processes within the Clinical Operations business area.
- Utilize the Business Process Management & Optimization (BPMO) Framework and tools during process development.
- Manage risk and change logs, conduct regular reviews, and identify improvement opportunities for enhanced daily performance.
- Work with the BPMO Analyst to establish metrics for process compliance and performance, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to showcase effectiveness.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or possess equivalent experience.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical field.
- Possess a deep understanding of business processes and/or lean methodologies.
- Demonstrate project management expertise and a track record of delivering time, cost, and quality in large-scale complex projects.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, influencing abilities, negotiation proficiency, presentation skills, problem-solving capabilities, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
- Showcase experience in successful collaboration with external and global partners to achieve mutual advantages.
- Ability to spot opportunities, lead cross-functional collaboration, work across boundaries, and foster teamwork.
