Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of data across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to establish data quality requirements and metrics.
  • Identify and address data quality issues through root cause analysis and proactive data cleansing efforts.
  • Lead data quality improvement initiatives and monitor data quality performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain and improve data quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support in data quality best practices and procedures to internal teams.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data quality.

  • Proven experience in data quality management, with a strong focus on data analytics.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and data management best practices.
  • Working with data quality tools, strong knowledge of tools and HR process flow
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
