Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide actionable insights
  • Develop predictive models to enhance marketing strategies, improve user experience, and refine targeting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of data-driven initiatives
  • Keep up with industry trends by exploring new techniques in marketing analytics
  • Effectively communicate analysis outcomes to management and data community members

Job requirements:

  • Qualifications – Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like data science, computer science, mathematics, or econometrics
  • Experience – minimum of 3 years as a data scientist, with a preference for consulting and marketing analytics background
  • Attitude – goal-oriented, independent, adept at change and time management, business-savvy, capable of long-term thinking and problem decomposition
  • Linguistic skills – proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous

Technical skills:

  • Thorough understanding of ML solutions and their business, user experience, and operational impacts (including supervised and unsupervised learning, e.g., clustering, recommender systems, regression, classification, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with extensive user data
  • Proficiency in Python 3 and relevant ML and data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, keras/pytorch, etc.)
  • Knowledge and expertise in PySpark, relational databases, and cloud solutions (e.g., Databricks, Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake)
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in data-driven products
  • Proficiency in data pipelines framework, particularly Kedro
  • Experience with CLI tools like bash/zsh
