Compensation

Compensation will be linked to the specific department you are placed in. Remember to specify your salary expectations in your application.

Base pay is just one element of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also qualify for bonuses, such as monthly team performance incentives (up to 35% of your salary increase), virtual company stock options, profit-sharing, and long-term cash rewards.
