For our Alfa Laval team in Warsaw, we are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer , who is self-driven team player, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent, and patient.

The role is responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including technical quotations and support (including sizing & selection).

Responsibilities:

Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services; Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services, Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up, Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs. Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection). Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

What we require:

Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar) Commercial and basic financial acumen Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business. Fluent in English; Polish is your native language; Ukrainian is a plus
