- Kompleksowe zarządzanie kontraktem biurowym w obszarze usług Facility Management (usługi utrzymania czystości, usługi administracyjne)
- Odpowiedzialność za wydajność i rentowność na kontrakcie
- Proponowanie i wdrażanie innowacji
- Kontrola wyników finansowych oraz podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych w oparciu o P&L
- Optymalizacja kosztów oraz usług
- Zarządzanie jakością usług, w tym prowadzenie dokumentacji kontraktu
- Zarządzanie zespołem
- Wycena i sprzedaż dodatkowych usług
- Budowanie doskonałych relacji z Klientem, wykazywanie inicjatywy w formowaniu satysfakcjonujących rozwiązań dla Klienta
- Udział w projektach z zakresu zrównoważonego rozwoju
- Promowanie bezpiecznego środowiska pracy
Nasze wymagania:
- Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w branży Facility Management
- Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i zarządzania budżetem
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego
- Wykształcenie wyższe
- Sprawne posługiwanie się pakietem MS Office (szczególnie Excel oraz Power Point)
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, umiejętność organizacji zadań i ustalania priorytetów
- Decyzyjność i zorientowanie na działanie
- Zdolność do efektywnej organizacji i koordynacji realizowanych usług
- Profesjonalna i przedsiębiorcza postawa oraz orientacja na potrzeby Klienta
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
