We are now looking for an open-minded, highly motivated and sales driven Sales Manager for CEE.

If you are a result-driven and a tech-savvy individual with experience in the energy markets, who wants to join a winning team, this is the position for you.

In this role you will help us to grow our Eastern European market share through systematic lead generation and proactive sales closing, you will work together with highly motivated, competent sales, marketing and product colleagues as well as other internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customer value.

Your focus will be on selling Volue Energy software and market data in Eastern Europe.

What you need to succeed
A degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., business, economics, engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy markets
Commercial attitude with capability to identify added value for customer and unique selling points
Interest and expertise in selling complex software products and services
Intellectually curious, competitive, with strongly developed negotiation and presentation skills and a customer orientation
Ability to learn fast and work independently
Strong team player skills
Driven by passion and inspired by challenges
Experience with CRM (preferable Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English language as well as an Eastern European language.
