So, what does this role entail?

  • Deliver top-notch customer service in response to user inquiries while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all customer queries are handled promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the client's products and services
  • Efficiently manage tasks and time to ensure adherence to established procedures

If you have the following qualities, then you are the perfect fit for us:

  • Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • The ability to recognize and cater to client needs effectively
  • A passion for E-commerce products and a natural curiosity for them
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent diploma) is a bonus
