W połączeniu z kanałem offline daje nam kluczową przewagę rynkową.

Tryb pracy: tryb hybrydowy (4 dni z biura, 1 dzień zdalnie)

Do Twoich codziennych zadań będzie należeć: Zarządzanie zespołem składającym się z 4 osób (z potencjałem do podwojenia liczebności) oraz rekrutacja, szkolenie oraz wdrożenie nowych członków;
Koordynacja procesu wdrażania: Odpowiedzialność za koordynację procesu wdrażania nowych sprzedawców, w tym, w tym szkolenia z produktów i usług oraz wsparcie techniczne i merytoryczne;
Optymalizacja procesu onboarding'u: Stała analiza i optymalizacja procesu wdrożenia w celu zwiększenia efektywności i zadowolenia sprzedawców;
Monitorowanie postępów: Monitorowanie postępów nowych sprzedawców w procesie wdrożenia oraz raportowanie wyników do zespołu zarządzającego;
Udoskonalanie jakości rozmów i skuteczności wdrożeń: poprzez budowę i analizę pitchu wdrożeniowego, wdrażanie go w życie oraz praca nad doskonaleniem jakości rozmów zespołu;
Przeprowadzanie analizy rozmów i udzielanie feedbacku na podstawie zebranych informacji. Zapewnienie wdrożenia rekomendacji;
Opracowywanie ścieżek rozwoju dla zespołu we współpracy z Head'em obszaru
Bieżąca współpraca z zespołami supportu oraz aktywacji komercyjnej ramach projektów między działowych;
Proaktywne usprawnienia: Proponowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień w procesach biznesowych;
Zarządzanie celem zespołowym: Odpowiedzialność za osiąganie celów zespołowych i indywidualnych w zakresie ilości wdrożonych Merchantów w określonym czasie, jak również procentu zintegrowanej oferty produktowej na EmpikPlace;
Dbałość o wysoki standard obsługi: Zapewnienie wysokiego standardu obsługi oraz wzmacnianie pozytywnego wizerunku Empiku;
Analiza danych i raportowanie: Analiza danych dotyczących procesu wdrożenia i raportowanie wyników w celu identyfikacji obszarów do poprawy;
Codzienna praca na oprogramowaniu CRM oraz narzędziach takich jak Mirakl czy Baselinker.

Wymagania:
Doświadczenie i umiejętności: Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem w obsłudze klienta/onboardingu/contact center w ruchu wychodzącym;
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem, w tym delegacja zadań oraz nadzór nad jakością wyników;
Doświadczenie w pracy na celach jakościowych i ilościowych (KPI);
Biegłość w stosowaniu technik skutecznej komunikacji, negocjacji i perswazji;
Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków na podstawie danych;
Umiejętność tworzenia raportów i analiz z pracy swojego działu.
Umiejętności oraz wiedza związane z obsługą klienta: Znajomość wskaźników i narzędzi obsługi klienta;
Silna orientacja na wynik jakościowy i ilościowy;
Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne.
Dodatkowe umiejętności i kompetencje: Elastyczność, odporność na stres oraz szybka adaptacja do zmian;
Umiejętność efektywnego uczenia się;
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej;
Proaktywność i skuteczność w działaniu;
Doświadczenie z platformami marketplace (np. Mirakl);
Zrozumienie modelu sprzedaży na rynkach e-commerce oraz marketplace
Mile widziane:
