Zen.com is a financial institution on a journey of change, promoting Zen philosophy in the world of finance where values such as simplicity, effortless, and harmony should be the first thoughts that come to the minds of our customers.

Instead of establishing business relationships we prefer building relationships. Instead of performing Know Your Customer regulatory obligations we prefer to getting to know each other and welcome new joiners in ZEN community.

To make this happen we're seeking a kindred spirit with 5+ years of nurturing change within client onboarding processes, preferably someone with a knack for navigating diverse territories in the financial services realm. The ideal candidate should not just be a seasoned manager but also a steward of harmony, well-versed in the art of KYC & AML frameworks across borders, with a deep understanding of regulatory nuances.

Our dream candidate can bring people together, turning ZEN values and vision into tech tasks and making sure that outcomes are as close to our vision as possible. We seek someone skilled in orchestrating the onboarding process to ensure that we know just enough to responsibly welcome new members of the ZEN community.

As if that was not enough our ideal candidate is a bridge builder, adept at bringing together stakeholders as well as experienced peoples manager. You will manage several teams of onboarding analysts as well as complex vendor landscape.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Guide us in making our KYC/KYB/KYM (Know Your Merchant) process smoother
  • Manage team of 10+ onboarding analysts
  • Solve problems
  • Work well with everyone
  • Make plans that make sense
  • Give helpful advice
  • Track how well we're doing
